Production of the sample batch and / or the pilot batch
For those compositions whose organoleptic criteria must be finalised (chewable, sucking ...) we perform tests on the samples before producing the pilot batch. The pilot batch is manufactured directly on our machines and can be used to do your nutritional and other analyses necessary before the first production.
Validation of the final formula after trails.
We readjust the sales offer if necessary.

Our quality department oversees all stages of the process to ensure the compliance of the production.
Our computer system allows us to ensure complete and flawless traceability of all the components of your semi-finished or finished product. Our procedure is tested annually.
You can access the batch record of each product that we are manufacturing for you.
Thanks to the HACCP analysis, we establish control plans adapted to the risk level of each product (e.g. heavy metals, PAHs ...)
Finally, we are regularly audited by our clients and also conduct internal audits which enable us to continually validate the reliability and performance of the different processes.
Organic products :Since 2005, we are certified to manufacture and package organic products. The Bureau Veritas Certification has teamed up with us to assist in this area.
HACCP :Food security risks have been identified and assessed, and are controlled thanks to the HACCP method. Each member of the production team is fully trained and highly sensitive to hygiene and food safety concepts. The quality department performs regular controls and help to ensure the compliance of our production.
Our HACCP has been audited and validated by a third party in 2015:
ISO 22 000 : Notre laboratoire is certified ISO 22 000:2005. This certification demonstrates our aptitude to satisfy food safety of our manufacturing products.
Veterinary food supplements:We are able to offer veterinary compositions of food supplements and our infrastructure enables us to be authorised to manufacture them.
